"Arsène Lupin, Gentleman-Cambrioleur" is the first book in the famous series by Maurice Leblanc.

First published in 1907, this anthology of short stories introduced the clever and sophisticated master thief, Arsène Lupin. As witty and graceful as skilled and shrewd, Lupin quickly became a beloved character in French literature.

This opening short story, "L'Arrestation d'Arsène Lupin" ("The Arrest of Arsène Lupin"), takes us on a transatlantic voyage, where a mysterious passenger identified as R. is soon revealed to be Arsène Lupin himself!
